Virtual Learning Program

Experience the flexibility of virtual schooling while maintaining the rigor of TEKS-based instruction. Designed for grades 9-12 at Kingsland School, our program offers:

 

· Flexible Learning: Self-paced, asynchronous instruction with periodic live teacher support
· In-Person Assessments: All tests and exams (STAAR, SAT, ACT, AP) taken on campus
· Daily Commitment: Log in daily, complete 4+ hours of instruction, and attend weekly check-ins
· Extracurriculars: Participate in on-campus activities with sponsor/coach approval

Success Criteria: Satisfactory STAAR/TEKS proficiency, less than 10% unexcused absences, C or higher in foundation courses, adult supervision, and reliable internet

How Do I Enroll?

A student may enroll at any time during the year as long as there is space available.  The initial enrollment steps are identical to the traditional Gateway Tech process - Enroll Now.
